We offer to pay our first leasing commission to referring agents in appreciation of your referring a client for management. Professionals that refer CPS management or leasing business will also receive referral fees to be determined on a case by case basis.

Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, and other real estate related professionals that refer assignments to Complete Property Services will be assured that your client relationship will be nurtured through our providing good service and value. Needs for transaction services for that property / client will be referred back to you. Professionals that refer CPS business will also receive first opportunity to earn CPS clients' business where expertise and track record suit our client's requirements.
We try to help our Realtor collegues be more efficient by, for example, providing MLS listing information, digital photos, and leasing terms that are pre-approved by the owner. Leases can be executed quickly through our authority to represent the owner. We also provide credit and criminal background checking that some agents' firms do not permit.
